                              2^nd meeting

      Starý Tekov – S LO V A K I A

 

                       1^st  - 5^th  May 2007

 

   3 teachers from Spain and from Madeira, 2 teachers and 2 pupils – girls arrived to Starý Tekov for the 2^nd meeting. Our partners met also teachers from Romania and Turkey who were taking part in another Comenius project with Starý Tekov´s Kindergarten. So it was a great international pedagogical  meeting.

   Our partners had a welcome meeting with local authorities and inspectors, they visited our school, kindergarten . They attended two events related to the main topics of our project – history and traditions. They were „ Setting up the May pole “  and children folklore festival „ Čriepky“ .

   Last evening we all met at the goodbye party and learnt that doesn´t matter what language the national songs are sung, they are beatiful. The atmoshere was

very cheerful and through the songs we were becoming closer and closer to each other . Now when we hear the name one of the countries, it means more for us, because we know that we have friends there.
